Happy Independence Day from Tyler, Texas!  The Hillbillies spent three days in redneck heaven drink'n beer, eat'n chili, and watch'n the local inmates setup barriers for the evenings festival of cheap sparklers and low altitude bottle rockets.  Man, that's class!

We did place in this cook-off, but we were too drunk to remember who got what place.
